Ingredients:

Labrador tea, chokeberries, apples, cranberries, hibiscus, rose petals, fenugreek, red pepper.


Preparation:

1 cup a day.

Use filtered or distilled water to avoid altering the taste of your tea, heat the water between 90 and 95 °C maximum, use 1 to 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of water, let steep for 5 to 7 minutes (no longer) to preserve its benefits.

From the coniferous forest of Quebec, infused Labrador tea delivers an abundance of flavors and aromas, a slightly tannic, resinous, woodsy taste, from dry cedar to fresh pine, complemented by a slightly tangy and invigorating touch of chokeberries and cranberries, all enhanced with pieces of dried apples and subtle notes of hibiscus flowers.

A soothing infusion imbued with the vibrant burgundy color of chokeberry and the golden reflections of Labrador tea to sip well hot.

Precautions

Its richness in tannins recommends moderation in consumption frequency as a beverage, not more than once a day to avoid cramps and stomach aches.
