Aronia, Watermelon and Mint Cocktail
· 4 cups diced watermelon
· 2 tbsp aronia juice ( aronia shot )
· 1/4 cup lime juice
· 1/4 cup mint leaves
· 1 tbsp brown sugar or 1 tsp honey
· Ice
· sparkling water
Instructions
In a blender, combine the watermelon, aronia juice, lime juice, mint leaves, and brown sugar or honey. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove any pulp. Pour into a large pitcher, add ice cubes, and top with sparkling water. Serve in glasses, garnished with a few mint leaves.
